Horrible communication and poor quality

I purchased my costume for an event. The website says 4 business days for shipping. I purchased plenty of time ahead. My order said it was shipped then delivered but it never was. I sent two emails wanting communication and received no response back. I then received another shipping update saying my package was shipped. I finally received the item. It was thin, wrinkly and something I could have purchased from Amazon for way cheaper
